- very good located Hotel, in an industrial zone; beside some food stores (Mc Donald's, a bakery, a 24/7 store); if u like to walk, than the location is also very good - staff was very friendly and helpful - rooms are nearly new equipped; very well done from the architect; good functionality - breakfast was good and enough variety - there is a bar on the ground floor, but also an automatic machine, where u can buy some drinks and sweets - bed was good for sleeping - parking, there is some parking space at the hotel and if u are not getting one of this spaces, a 4 minutes walk away is an open parking, where u can place your car (also with e loading station)

I loved the sound-proof windows, the roads around it are very busy but you don't hear a sound. It was very peaceful. Their breakfast was very reach. The staff were very friendly, flexible and warm and always willing to help, especially those at the front desk who interface with guests more frequently. It had all the things I like to have for breakfast, cereal, fruits, yoghurt, pancakes, They provide disposable cups in case you want to pack your tea or coffee. The place is located next to a MacDonald and fuel station which has a 24hr supermarket you can get whatever basic you might have forgotten as a traveler.

Fantastic hotel. Visibly new, beautiful design of the reception and rooms, everything super clean. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. The rooms are spacious, very well designed. Paid parking, but price for accommodation in general for one night was great. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on while traveling. WiFi fast enough with problem-free activation. This is what the standard of hotel accommodation in Europe should look like. Fantasy, complete satisfaction.

Very nice property! Staff great and speak multiple languages, English is one of them. Parking is additional fee. Breakfast is included and delicious! Nearby is a Mcdonalds and a gas station/bar. This hotel is also not too far from the Oktoberfest in which you could take the 🚇. Which would have been nice to know. It possibly be nicer to get (Holiday Inn) instead of the hotel we reserved before traveling into Germany as that is walking distance to Oktoberfest as was very pricy.

The hotel is quite modern, rooms are functional, bed is comfortable. Bathroom was spacious enough. Breakfast was good and had enough options. I especially liked mini american pancakes. Parking is good, hotel easy to find and right of the main road. Would come again.

This hotel has an ideal location for people who are travelling to a further destination. There is a gas station next to the hotel. There was enough room to park next to the hotel.

A new hotel, good for drivers. The motorway is in the immediate vicinity. I can't say about the public transport connection to downtown München. Parking space available at €5/night. However the number of parking spots is limited. A bakery, a McDonald and a peteol station are just in the immediate vicinity. Good buffet breakfast included, friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Same for the shower. A real queen size bed and two different pillows to choose among. You can request a daily cleaning. Recommended.

The access to the hotel (by car) is great for people passing by: very close to the highway and in front of a fuel station. The rooms,beds and breakfast were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Compact, clean, efficient very friendly and attentive staff, Excellent amenities: Nice breakfast, very good coffee, firm bed, facility for ironing, heated mirrors in bath, well thought–out for business travelers and couples alike. I saw many English speaking tourists with families. Location: right opposite McDonalds, gas station, quiet, although close to motorway, good parking facility 5 €/ day, and back up close by. for p+r we drove to Ölching , but apparently bus connects you too. travel to Munich roughly 20+ minutes…
